The neem tree, scientifically known as Azadirachta indica , is a remarkable tree with numerous benefits for both humans and the environment.

Planting just one neem tree per person can have a significant impact.

A mature neem tree is known to produce approximately 700 kgs of oxygen per year. In addition to oxygen production, a single neem tree can absorb up to 22 kgs of carbon dioxide annually.

The oxygen produced by one neem tree is estimated to support the breathing needs of about 18 perople for a year. This highlights the importance of need trees in sustaining life and maintaining a balanced ecosystem.

Beyond its oxygen-producing capabilities, the neem tree offers a multitude of other benefits. Its leaves, seeds and bark have medicinal properties and are widely used in traditional medicine. The neem tree acts as a natural pesticide, repelling insects and pests, thus reducing the need for harmful chemical interventions.

My mission is all about targeting the rural areas that need help the most. I am talking about places where reforestation and environmental awareness is the superpower we need to physically unleash. By personally delivering sampling to schools, I make sure everyone can join in and be a part of this amazing journey. It’s not just about grabbing the attention of us GenZ, a conscious attempt is made involve our families too the whole bunch of Millennials spreading the love for the environment across the entire community.

Planting trees is not just about making the world greener – it is also a chance to learn about the vital role of trees in sustain ecosystems, fighting climate change, and providing resources for our communities. This hands-on experience helps school-going kids understand and appreciate nature on a whole new level which they have mostly taken for granted.
